Singing and Vocal Coaching
Ben has a busy private practice, and has wide experience working with singers as an accompanist and vocal coach, regularly preparing professional and amateur performers of all ages for auditions and performances. His work in some of London’s leading performing arts colleges has included musical and choral direction, singing coaching, accompaniment, lecturing, and auditioning hundreds of prospective students. He has a substantial and ever-increasing library containing hundreds of musical theatre and classical vocal scores. His studio (located only 15 minutes train journey from London Waterloo, or 10 minutes from Clapham Junction) is equipped with a Steinway Model B Grand Piano, a Yamaha U3 Upright Piano and a two-manual concert harpsichord.

Heather Keens
Benjamin collaborates regularly with Heather Keens. Together they can jointly offer advanced sessions to professional and amateur singers in performance and audition preparation. Heather Keens ARCM PGDipRCM MAVS is a performer, singing teacher and qualified voice teacher. Her performing career has taken her around the world, singing in both Opera and Music Theatre. She currently teaches for The Vocal Athlete and the University of Surrey, Guildford. She also tutors and consults for the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford and has worked in a variety of training institutions as an external examiner.
Piano Tuition
Ben is an ISM Registered Piano Teacher, with full CRB clearance. He also offers coaching in music theory, musicianship, and repertoire for piano duet and duo.
